Masterpiece: Featured by The Wiegands!

Today I'm SO blessed to be featured over here!!! Casey Wiegands blog is my absolute favorite! Just go check it out and you'll see why!

I wish she lived closer so we could do all the stuff girls do together like shop and eat.. and maybe she could teach me to paint or draw something besides this frog that people always mistake for a cloud w/ a face... anyways..

I am SO passionate about women understanding their value! I am constantly reminded and inspired by the value we possess as women through the passage of Proverbs 31.Hope you all had a great weekend! You are worth more than you could ever comprehend!
God bless!!

  9. I saw your post on Casey's blog and wanted to comment.. but couldnt. For some reason there was no link to leave a comment! :( So I figured its probably best I come to your blog and comment anyways. :) I just had to say that your post was beautiful and I feel as if you stole the words right from my mouth.. right down to being in pajamas and not showering all day! lol But mostly the Proverbs 31 passage.. I was even planning to post something VERY similar to your post.. so crazy! Because Ive been reading over that passage a lot this past week! And I actually was just leaving a comment on Little Miss Momma Ashley's blog where I mentioned that passage.. because it has been on my mind so much!
So Wow.. God must be really working in us Momma's and really wanting to tell us something right!? :) Thank you for sharing that beautiful post.

Your post...ahhhh, I am a momma with quite a serious chronic illness and yet I hold myself to impossible standards. 23. Hi Sarah,
I am visiting you from your guest post over on Casey's blog; I absolutely had to come by and "meet" the author of such a refreshing, uplifting and beautifully written post. Your thoughts really spoke to me and I wanted to thank you for your encouragement. In this day and age, it is so easy to be seduced by what we see on television or in print and immersing ourselves in the unrealistic and/or unattainable is really only doing a disservice to our spirits. I love that you are passionate about women truly understanding their value. You did a wonderful job writing about it!

I look forward to reading more of your blog and getting to know you better!

    Have a blessed week!

    Aloha,
    Angie

  24. What an amazingly spiritual prayer you shared with us on Casey's. Thank you for the encouragement. You are lovely!!!

    My fav---
"Lord, speak through me today to bless and encourage those around me.
Help me to see with Your eyes what needs to be seen concerning my family.
Put my hands to use and go accomplish something for Your purpose."

  25. Your post was really beautiful, you are a great writer. Every year my mom gives me a new verse to focus on for the year. A few years ago it was "she is clothed with strength and dignity, she can laugh at the days to come." It is one of my favorites and is always an encouragement to me when I think of it. Thanks for sharing. XO

  27. i didn't see a place to comment on your guest post on the Weigand's but i LOVED your guest post! it's so true, we often don't see the value right away from staying at home, and sometimes it can be GroundHog Day over and over, haha! but reminding ourselves what a precious and most important job we're doing in the eyes of God is one we need to conscious of on a daily basis. Thank you so much for sharing your words of wisdom and such a great scripture to inspire us all. :)
